We are very excited to invite you register for the seventeenth installment of All Aboard the Express. This popular training series helps you, our partners keep current on everything related to our Unified CCX solution.

All Aboard the Express is a series designed to deliver partner sales enablement training for Cisco Business Partners and Cisco Field Associates with a desire to expand product knowledge, refine sales skills and techniques, and most importantly enable you to win more deals with Cisco’s Unified Contact Center Express (Unified CCX)

All Aboard the Express XVII Series will consist of five (5) weekly online sessions (via Webex) starting Tuesday, February 25th, at 10:00AM Eastern | 7:00AM Pacific | 15:00 UTC* | 8:30PM IST*, each lasting 90 minutes including time allotted for interactive questions and answers.

* Please note that after Daylight Saving Time (DST) begins, the start times will be 10:00AM Eastern | 7:00AM Pacific | 14:00 UTC* | 7:30PM IST*.

February 25, 2020 - Session 1

This session will provide an overview of what’s new with Cusco’s Unified Contact Center Express 12.5 solution. This will include the new platform capabilities, agent productivity enhancements and Cognitive Intelligence that is now integrated. After attending this session, you will be able t explain to your customer the changes in Unified CCX 12.5, how to position these changes and the benefits to your customers.



March 3, 2020 - Session 2

This session will provide an overview of the new Cloud Connect infrastructure and how it will enable Unified CCX customers to deploy new services delivered from the cloud, starting with Analyzer. After attending this session, you will understand Cisco’s Hybrid Strategy and the value of these services to your customers.



March 10, 2020 - Session 3

Smart Licensing changes the way customers consume and manage licenses. This session will go over the features of Smart Licensing, how it will be deployed and used. After attending this session, you will be able to understand how customers can benefit from the flexibility offered by Smart Licensing.



March 17,2020 - Session 4

This session will provide an overview of the capabilities of CloudCherry, how it can help businesses with customer engagement and the integration with the Cisco Contact Center portfolio. After attending this session, you will be able to understand how customers can use CloudCherry to drive better customer engagement and business growth.



March 24,2020 - Session 5

Join us to learn more about our Solutions Plus partner additions, how they can help you increase the sales construct of each Contact Center opportunity along with customer relevancy and impact. We will provide an update on the Cisco Headsets and how they work better with Cisco Contact Center solutions. We will also have a look at the future priorities for the entire Contact Center Portfolio. After attending this session, you will be able to understand how you can position S+ solutions, the benefits of including headsets in every contact center opportunity and what to expect in the future releases.
